Using the Subaccount Dashboard
What is the Subaccount Dashboard?
The Subaccount Dashboard is a customizable page that provides an up-to-date overview of your subaccount's activity and performance. It displays key information through various components called widgets.
Dashboard Modes and States
Your dashboard can be in one of two primary modes and two possible states.
Dashboard States
- With Widgets: This is the standard state where your dashboard displays one or more widgets containing your data.
- Without Widgets: If your dashboard is empty, it will display a set of quick start options to help you add your first widget.
Dashboard Modes
- View Mode: This is the default mode for interacting with your dashboard. You can review the information presented by the widgets and use filters to adjust the data you see.
- Edit Mode: This temporary mode allows you to customize the dashboard. You can rearrange widgets by dragging and dropping them, add new ones, remove existing ones, or change the dashboard's title and appearance.
Dashboard Components Overview
When viewing a dashboard, you will see several key elements:
- Dashboard Selection Menu: A blue button with a panel icon and a downward arrow. Click it to see a list of all your available dashboards.
- Date Picker: Allows you to select a date range for the data displayed on the dashboard. Your chosen range is saved and will be remembered for your next visit. You can also set a comparison date range for the entire dashboard.
- Edit Button: A pencil icon. Click it to switch from View Mode to Edit Mode.
- Action Menu: An icon with three vertical dots. Click it to access a menu with additional options for the dashboard.
