Overview

To streamline your navigation and keep your most important groups within easy reach, you can now pin your favorite groups in the CRM. Pinned groups appear at the very top of the dedicated group sidebar, providing instant access to the spaces you use most frequently. This feature works across the main CRM interface and within the Communities section.

How Group Pinning Works

You can pin a maximum of four groups in both the main CRM and the Communities area. Within the main CRM interface, only your pinned groups are displayed in the group sidebar. In Communities, your pinned groups are listed first, with the rest of your groups from the sub-account appearing below them. You can also pin courses, which will then be accessible from the left sidebar.

How to Pin a Group

Click the Group Switcher located in the top navigation bar.
Browse or scroll to find the group you wish to pin.
Hover your cursor over the group's card to reveal a pin icon on the right side.
Click the pin icon to pin the group. The group will immediately move to the top section of the sidebar and the Group Switcher.

How to Pin a Course

Navigate to the course you want to pin within the CRM.
Pin the course to add it to the left sidebar for quick access.
You can then select the pinned course at any time to return to it directly.

How to Unpin a Group

Open the Group Switcher.
Locate the pinned group in the top section.
Click the unpin icon that appears on the right side of the group's card.
The group will be removed from the pinned section and return to its standard position in the list.

Important Notes

The maximum number of groups you can pin is four for the main CRM view and four for the Communities view.
Pinning a group is a personal navigation aid and does not change the group's visibility or permissions for other members.
