Choosing an Email Provider
Selecting the right SMTP provider depends on your needs:
- CRM Email: Ideal if you want a simple setup with sending and receiving handled directly within your CRM.
- Mailgun: A popular choice for bulk email sending, especially useful for agencies managing multiple domains or locations.
- Other SMTP Providers: While supported, using CRM Email or Mailgun is recommended for better tracking of email statistics like opens and clicks.
If you have CRM Email enabled, you do not need to sign up for a separate provider like Mailgun. If CRM Email is not enabled, you will need to connect a supported SMTP provider such as Mailgun for bulk sending capabilities.
