How to Share Email Templates Using Your White-Label Domain

You can create branded share links that allow users in your sub-accounts to import email templates directly into their own CRM. By using your white-label domain, you maintain a seamless, professional appearance for your agency.

Navigate to Marketing > Emails > Templates. Click the three-dot menu next to the template you wish to share and select Share. Copy the generated link, which will resemble:

2. Extract the Share ID

Paste the link and locate the portion following email_template_share=. This alphanumeric string is your Share ID. For example, from the link above, the Share ID is:

6438b5b145411d0ce4332f1b

Note: Only agency owners, admins, agency users, and account admins can generate and use these share links. Account or location user roles do not have access.

Use the following format to construct your branded share URL:

https://app.YOURDOMAIN.com/emails/share/SHAREID

Replace YOURDOMAIN.com with your actual white-label domain and SHAREID with the ID you extracted. For instance:

https://app.whitelabel.com/emails/share/6438b5b145411d0ce4332f1b

Share this custom URL with sub-account users. When they visit the link, they can import the template directly into their account, all under your agency’s branded domain.
