Sharing Email Templates with Other Agencies

About Agency Template Sharing

As an agency administrator, you can share your email templates with other agencies using a shareable link. This feature is designed to help you distribute proven email designs, standardize communications, and collaborate more effectively across your partner network or client ecosystem.

How to Share a Template

To generate a shareable link for one of your email templates, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Templates section within your CRM's Email Marketing tools.
  2. Locate the template you wish to share. Click the three-dot menu next to its name.
  3. From the menu that appears, select the Share option.
  4. In the sharing settings, you can configure the link to be accessible to anyone within your agency or to anyone who possesses the link itself.
  5. Once configured, copy the generated link. You can then distribute this link via email or any other communication channel.

Note: The ability to share templates in this manner is restricted to Agency Admin users.

If you have received a shareable template link from another agency, follow this process to add a copy of that template to your own account:

  1. Paste the shared link into your web browser's address bar and navigate to it.
  2. You will see a preview of the template. Click the Add Template button to proceed.
  3. A configuration window will open. Here you can:
    • Rename the template for your own use.
    • Select the specific sub-account or location where you want to save the template. You can select up to three locations.
  4. Click Clone template to finalize the copy.
  5. After cloning, you will be automatically redirected to the Templates section of the first location you selected. The newly copied template will now appear in your template list and is ready for you to edit or use in campaigns.

Key Benefits

  • Standardize Best Practices: Easily share high-performing email designs to maintain consistency and quality across different agencies or teams.
  • Direct Editing Access: The shared template is copied into your account's native design editor. You can modify it directly without needing to handle or upload separate HTML files.
