Customize Your Form Layout and Field Widths

The CRM form builder now offers enhanced layout and styling options, giving you more control over the appearance and structure of your forms.

Available Layout Options

You can choose from three different layouts for your forms:

• Single Column Layout: Fields are arranged vertically, one after the other. This is the traditional, straightforward layout.
• Two Column Layout: Fields are placed side-by-side in two columns, creating a more compact and balanced form.
• Single Line Layout: Up to five fields can be placed in a single horizontal row, ideal for creating a minimalist and streamlined look.

Field Width Customization

A new percentage-based field width setting allows you to control the horizontal space each field occupies within the form. This helps create a responsive design that looks good on different screen sizes and allows for more creative form layouts.

How to Apply These Settings

1. Navigate to the form builder within your CRM dashboard.
2. Select the form you wish to edit or create a new one.
3. Choose your desired layout from the available options: Single Column, Two Column, or Single Line.
4. For individual fields, use the Field Width setting to define their size as a percentage of the total form width.

Important Notes

• Existing forms that were built before these features were available will be automatically assigned a layout when opened in the builder. Forms that previously had the inline form option enabled will be set to the Two Column layout, while others will be set to Single Column.
• When viewing an old form in Preview mode, it will continue to display based on its original inline form settings.
• The Single Line layout currently supports a maximum of five fields.
