Adding CRM Forms to Your Website

You can integrate your CRM forms into websites built on other platforms, allowing visitors to submit information without leaving your site. This maintains your branding and creates a seamless experience for capturing leads, inquiries, or bookings.

Benefits of Embedded Forms

Embedding forms directly on your website offers several advantages:

  • Platform Flexibility: Embed forms on various website builders like Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress, and Duda.
  • Automatic Data Sync: Submitted form data automatically syncs with your CRM for follow-up and automation.
  • Customizable Engagement: Tailor forms to show targeted messages, promotions, or surveys.
  • Performance Insights: Use built-in analytics to track and optimize your form's effectiveness.

Locating the Embed Code in Your CRM

To embed a form, you first need to obtain its embed code from your CRM account.

Navigate to the Sites section from your dashboard, then click on the Forms menu in the top right to access the form builder. Choose an existing form or create a new one by clicking + Add Form. Once your form is ready, go to the Integrate tab, select the form type, and click Copy Embed Code. This code is now ready to be placed into your website.

Squarespace

Log in to your Squarespace account and go to Settings. Select Advanced, then Code Injection. Paste the embed code into the Header or Footer section to display the form on all pages. Save and publish your site. Note: Forms cannot be embedded on checkout pages.

Wix

In the Wix editor, click the + button and select Embed, then choose Embed a Widget. Pick the Code option, paste your embed script, and click Update. Preview to confirm the form appears, then publish your site.

Shopify

From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store and click Themes. Next to your active theme, click the three dots and select Edit Code. In the Layout section, open theme.liquid and paste the embed code within the <head> or <footer> tags. Save your changes.

WordPress

In your WordPress dashboard, go to Pages and click Edit on the desired page. Click the + icon to add a block, select Custom HTML, and paste your embed code into the block. Update or publish the page.

Duda

Use Duda’s custom code/widget options to add the embed code to your site. The exact steps may vary based on your theme, but generally, you can insert code via the editor’s HTML or custom code elements.
