View Form Submissions Directly in the Appointment Modal

Access Form Data Without Leaving Your Appointment View

The CRM now allows you to view custom form submissions directly within the Appointment Modal. This integration eliminates the need to switch between modules to access booking-related form data, saving time and streamlining your workflow.

Understanding the Forms Tab

The Forms tab is a dedicated section within the Appointment Modal that displays custom form submissions associated with a calendar booking. When a contact fills out a form during the booking process, their responses appear here in a structured, easy-to-read format. This provides immediate context without requiring navigation to the Forms module or contact record.

Key Benefits

  • Instantly review form responses from within the appointment modal
  • Eliminate time spent searching for form entries in other modules
  • Reduce preparation time before appointments
  • Improve operational efficiency for service-based businesses
  • Centralize client information for better team collaboration

How to Access Form Submissions

You can view form submissions from any area of the platform where the Appointment Modal is accessible. This includes the Calendars, Contacts, and Conversations sections.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Navigate to Calendars, Contacts, or Conversations
  2. Click on an appointment to open the Appointment Modal
  3. If the appointment includes a custom form submission, you'll see a Forms tab
  4. Select the Forms tab to view the complete submission in a structured layout
