Editing Forms Within Your Funnels

The built-in form editor allows you to customize your forms directly within the Funnel Builder, eliminating the need to switch between different parts of the CRM. This integrated approach helps you maintain focus and workflow continuity while designing your funnel pages.

Accessing the Form Editor

To begin editing a form inside a funnel:

1. Navigate to Sites from the main menu, then select the Funnels tab.
2. Find an existing funnel using the search bar or create a new one by clicking + New Funnel.
3. Within the funnel, click the Steps tab and select the step containing the form you want to edit.
4. Click the Edit button below the step preview, then choose to edit the page details or open the page builder in a new tab.
5. In the page editor, click the + icon in the toolbar, select Elements from the sidebar, and locate the Form section.
6. Drag a form element onto your page. In the form picker that appears, select an existing form or click the link to create a new one.
7. Once a form is placed, use the Edit form button in the right-side panel to open the form editor.

Working in the Form Editor

The form editor opens as a pop-up window over your funnel page, providing full access to form customization tools while keeping your funnel visible in the background. You can:

• Use the Quick Add panel to drag common fields like name, email, and phone directly into your form.
• Add custom fields from the Custom Fields panel to capture specific information relevant to your campaign.
• Modify form styling and theme settings.

When you finish making changes, click Save in the top-right corner of the pop-up. Your edits are applied immediately, and the window closes, returning you to the Funnel Builder exactly where you left off.

Language Support

The form editor interface automatically displays in your account's selected language. Labels, button text, tooltips, and system messages will appear in the chosen language. This applies to the editor itself, not to custom text you add to your forms.

Common Questions

Can I create a new form from within the funnel?
Yes, when adding a form element, you can click the provided link to create a new form without leaving the funnel editor.

What happens if I close the editor without saving?
Any unsaved changes will be lost. Always click Save to preserve your modifications.

Are all form settings available in the pop-up editor?
Yes, you have access to field configuration, styling options, and theme settings within the modal window.
