Including WordPress Sites in Snapshots
What are WordPress Snapshots?
WordPress Support in Snapshots allows you to bundle one or more complete WordPress sites—including their pages, themes, plugins, and settings—into a Snapshot. When you deploy this Snapshot to another sub-account, the CRM will automatically restore the WordPress site along with any other assets you have selected.
Benefits of Using WordPress Snapshots
Using Snapshots to manage your WordPress sites offers several advantages for your agency workflow:
- Accelerate Client Onboarding: Launch a fully configured WordPress environment for new clients instantly, eliminating the need to build from scratch.
- Ensure Consistency: Maintain the same themes, plugins, and site configurations across multiple accounts, guaranteeing a uniform experience.
- Reduce Human Error: Minimize setup mistakes by automating the restoration of complex site structures.
- Create Repeatable Processes: Build a single, perfected WordPress setup and deploy it reliably to any number of sub-accounts.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I include multiple WordPress sites in one Snapshot?
Yes. If multiple sites are available in the selection list, you can choose to include one or several of them in a single Snapshot.
What happens to the WordPress site when I deploy the Snapshot?
During deployment, the CRM automatically restores the WordPress site, including all selected assets like pages, themes, and plugins, to the target sub-account.
Will this eliminate the need to rebuild WordPress sites for each client?
Yes. The primary purpose is to allow you to reuse a pre-configured WordPress environment, saving significant setup time for each new client.
What specific elements of a WordPress site are included?
The Snapshot captures the site's pages, active theme, installed plugins, and general site settings to ensure the structure and configuration are preserved.
Are plugin and theme licenses included in the Snapshot?
No. Licenses for third-party plugins or themes are not transferred. You will likely need to reactivate or re-authenticate these items in the new location, depending on the licensing terms of the providers.
Can I add a WordPress site to a Snapshot after it has been created?
Yes. You can edit an existing Snapshot's settings at any time to add or remove WordPress sites from the Linked Assets section.
