Services (v2) Reporting Migration Guide

Overview

We have launched Services (v2) Reporting, a new dedicated module within your CRM's Reporting Dashboard designed specifically for tracking service-related metrics. This module replaces the previous service widgets that were located within the Calendars/Meetings reporting section.

What's New in Services (v2)

The Services (v2) Reporting module offers a comprehensive set of widgets to help you analyze your service performance. Available widgets include:

  • Appointment count by service
  • Appointment count by service category
  • Total revenue from service bookings
  • Revenue by service
  • Revenue by service category
  • Average order value for services
  • Top grossing staff members
  • Top performing service locations
  • Cancelled service revenue
  • Coupon redemptions for services
  • Revenue from service coupons
  • Top coupon codes for services

These widgets provide enhanced visibility into your service operations and financial performance.

Changes from Previous Version

Previously, service reporting was available through two widgets in the Calendars/Meetings module: Appointment Count by Service and Appointment Count by Service Category. These older widgets are being migrated to the new Services (v2) module and will no longer function in their original location.

Action Required for Existing Users

If you had the previous service widgets on your dashboard, you need to update them to continue receiving service reporting data.

Migration Steps

  1. Navigate to your Reporting Dashboard
  2. Locate and remove the old widgets: Appointment Count by Service and Appointment Count by Service Category
  3. Click the Add Widget button
  4. Find the Services (v2) module (identified by purple icons)
  5. Select and add the appropriate new widgets for your reporting needs
  6. Save your dashboard configuration

Important Notes

The old widgets will cease to display data after this update. Your historical service data remains intact and unaffected by this migration. You must use the new Services (v2) widgets to continue accessing service-related reports.
