The platform offers comprehensive features that empower agencies and marketers to set ambitious goals and reach them with expert support. Additionally, we enable our customers to rebrand the platform as their own, providing everything needed for substantial growth.

CRM Security and Risk Focus

Protecting customer data is our highest security priority. We have made significant investments in security controls across our corporate structure, product offerings, and infrastructure. These security programs are managed by our Legal Team in collaboration with other departments to ensure comprehensive protection.

Our Security and Compliance Objectives

Our security framework is built on SaaS industry best practices. Key objectives include:

  • Customer Trust and Protection: Delivering excellent products while safeguarding data privacy and confidentiality.
  • Availability and Continuity of Service: Ensuring reliable service availability and minimizing disruptions.
  • Information and Service Integrity: Preventing unauthorized corruption or alteration of customer information.
  • Compliance with Standards: Adhering to or exceeding industry-standard best practices.

CRM Security Controls

To protect the data entrusted to us, we implement multiple layers of administrative, technical, and physical security controls throughout our organization. Below are details on some of our most important security measures.

Infrastructure Security

Cloud Hosting Provider

We do not host any product systems or data in physical offices. Instead, we partner with leading cloud infrastructure providers to host our product infrastructure, which is located in the United States. We rely on these providers' audited security and compliance programs for physical, environmental, and infrastructure security.

Our providers guarantee high service reliability with uptime percentages of at least 99.5% and redundancy for power, network, and HVAC services. Their business continuity and disaster recovery plans are validated through SOC 2 Type 2 reports and ISO 27001 certifications. Detailed compliance documentation is available through their public resources.

Network and Perimeter

Our infrastructure enforces multiple layers of filtering and inspection on all connections, using web application protections, logical firewalls, and security groups. Network-level access control lists prevent unauthorized access to internal resources. Firewalls are configured to deny all connections by default, only allowing explicitly authorized traffic.

Changes to network and perimeter systems follow strict change control processes, and firewall rules are reviewed periodically to ensure only necessary connections are permitted.

Configuration Management

Automation is central to our ability to scale with customer demand. Our infrastructure is highly automated, with server configurations embedded in images and configuration files used when provisioning new containers. This rigorous configuration management supports consistent and secure operations.
