How Language Settings Affect the Platform
Notifications and Emails
System notification titles, bodies, and automated email content (including subject lines) are translated based on the recipient's chosen platform language. If a specific translation is not available, the system will display the content in English as a fallback.
Product Area Coverage
Translation efforts have been applied across the vast majority of the CRM's core areas and tools. This ensures a consistent localized experience in key modules including, but not limited to:
- The main dashboard and agency-level dashboards
- Contact management, Smart Lists, and Opportunities
- Tasks, Calendars, and Conversations
- Funnels, Websites, Forms, and Surveys
- Blogs, Documents, and Reputation management
- Payments, Invoices, and the Store
- Workflows, Reporting, and Integrations
- Page Builders and Template Builders
Specific areas like WordPress integrations, funnel validation messages, and funnel statistics also fully support the available languages.
