How to Access and Use the Review Widget Builder

Step 1: Navigate to the Widgets Tab

From your sub-account dashboard, select Reputation in the left-hand menu, then click the Widgets tab in the top navigation.

Step 2: Select or Create a New Widget

Click + Create Widget to start a new widget, or choose an existing one and click Edit Widget in the bottom right corner. Pre-built templates are available for instant professional layouts.

Step 3: Configure Your Widget Settings

The builder includes tabs for customizing structure, content, appearance, and behavior:

• Layout Tab: Set widget type, review sources, summary options, rating filters, and “Powered by” visibility.
• Content Tab: Manage the widget heading, description, and header elements.
• Appearance Tab: Choose themes, apply brand fonts, and configure colors.
• Settings Tab: Enable or disable review display elements and generate embed code.

Step 4: Save and Embed the Widget

After making changes, click Save in the lower right corner. To add to a CRM site or funnel, drag the Reviews element onto the page. For code embedding, click the Code icon, copy the code, and paste it into a custom HTML block.

Customizing Review Widgets

Layout Tab: Configuring Widget Structure

Define the foundational setup:

• Summary Type: Choose AI-generated sentiment overview (Short, Detailed, or Action-Oriented) and toggle it on/off.
• Summary Position: Set to Top for always at the top, or inline with reviews.
• Review Source: Select platforms to pull reviews from.
• Widget Type: Pick display format (List, Grid, Masonry, Carousel, Slider, Flash, or Legacy).
• Max Number of Reviews: Set the total reviews to show.
• Minimum Ratings: Filter reviews by star rating threshold.
• Powered by: Show or hide the attribution message.

Content Tab: Editing Widget Header and Description

Customize introductory elements:

• Title (Toggle): Enable or disable a custom title at the top.
• Heading: Define the text for the widget heading (e.g., “What Our Customers Say”).
• Description: Add supporting text below the heading.
• Header (Toggle): Control visibility of the header section.
