Install the Desktop App
Select your operating system below and follow the installation steps.
macOS
- Download the macOS installer using the link provided.
- Open the downloaded file and drag the CRM icon into your Applications folder.
- Launch the app from Applications, Launchpad, or Spotlight.
- Click Sign In in the desktop app. Your default browser will open. If you are already signed into the CRM web app there, you will be redirected back automatically. Otherwise, complete the login process in your browser—using your white-label domain if applicable—and you will return to the desktop app.
Windows
- Download the Windows installer using the link provided.
- Open the downloaded file and complete the setup wizard.
- Launch the app from the Start menu.
- Click Sign In in the desktop app. Your default browser will open. If you are already signed into the CRM web app there, you will be redirected back automatically.
