The Template Library is a central resource within your CRM that provides a wide array of professionally designed templates. You can use these templates for creating websites, marketing funnels, social media posts, email campaigns, and other essential business materials. Each template includes high-quality stock images and placeholder content, enabling you to produce polished and effective marketing assets quickly.

How to Enable the Template Library

The Template Library is available for your sub-accounts to use. To make it visible to them:

  1. Go to Agency Settings and select Company.
  2. Locate the Template Library option.
  3. Toggle the setting Make Templates visible to clients to the on position.

Accessing Templates in Different Areas

For Funnels and Websites

  1. Navigate to Sites > Funnels (or Websites).
  2. Click New Funnel (or New Website).
  3. Select Go to Template Library.
  4. Browse and choose a template that suits your needs.

For Social Planner

  1. Go to Marketing > Social Planner.
  2. Click the + New Post button.
  3. Choose Choose Social Planner Templates.
  4. Select a template, then customize and schedule your post.
    Tip: Use the Type filter to find formats like Post or Story/Reel quickly.

For Email Builder

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Emails > Templates.
  2. Click the + New button.
  3. Select Template Library.
  4. Browse and select an email template to customize.

For Documents and Contracts

  1. Go to the Documents tab.
  2. Select Create New and then access the Template Library.
  3. You can upload your own template or customize a pre-built one.

For Ads Manager

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Ads Manager.
  2. Click on Create Ad and choose a template from the library.
  3. Preview and tailor the ad to your campaign goals.

For Forms and Surveys

  • Forms: Go to Sites > Forms > Builder > Add Form > From Template.
  • Surveys: Go to Sites > Surveys > Builder > Add Survey > From Template.

Searching and Browsing the Library

Finding the right template is simple.

  • Use the search bar to look for templates by keyword. The search will show recent searches, suggestions, and trending topics as you type.
  • You can also search by color using the search bar or the Colors filter.
  • Matching keywords are highlighted in the search results.
  • Use the Clear Filters option to reset your search.
  • The library features sections like Top trending this week and Recently added to help you discover new options.

  • Larger thumbnails provide more detail.
  • Enhanced previews let you switch between mobile and tablet views easily.

Can an agency hide specific templates from sub-accounts?

Yes, but not on an individual template basis. Agencies can create categories and mark them as hidden. Any template placed exclusively in a hidden category will not be visible to sub-accounts.
