Using the Affiliate Portal
Getting Started with the Affiliate Portal
The Affiliate Portal is your central hub for managing your participation in the CRM's affiliate program. From this portal, you can sign up as an affiliate, monitor your referral performance, track commissions, and manage your payout settings.
Note: The features described in this article are only accessible to users with Agency Admin permissions within your account. If you are not logged into your CRM, you can access the portal directly at the dedicated affiliate login page.
Joining the Affiliate Program
Every agency account is automatically enrolled in the affiliate program and assigned a unique referral link upon signup. To begin, you need to complete a brief onboarding process within the portal.
To access the Affiliate Portal:
- Ensure you are in the Agency view of your CRM.
- Click on Affiliate Portal in the left-hand navigation menu.
The first time you enter the portal, you will be prompted to review several required resources, including the Affiliate Policy, a compliance video, branding guidelines, and a content guide. Once you have completed this step, you are ready to start promoting the CRM.
Finding and Managing Your Affiliate Link
Your primary affiliate link, also known as your promoter referral code, is located in the Dashboard section of the Affiliate Portal.
To promote different products, such as the Pro Plan, you can select the appropriate campaign from your Affiliate Dashboard. The main campaign, titled "CRM Affiliate Program," is typically used for all promotions, and you do not need a separate link for each campaign.
You can customize the token (the unique identifier) at the end of your affiliate link.
- Inside the Affiliate Portal, navigate to the "CRM Affiliate Program" campaign.
- Click on Customize Token.
- Enter a new, easily recognizable ID.
Important: If you have already shared your original link, changing the token will render the old link inactive. It is best to customize your link at the start of your affiliate journey.
For advanced tracking, you can create SubIDs. This allows you to generate multiple variations of your main link to track which specific links or marketing channels are generating clicks and conversions.
Viewing Reports and Referrals
To see a detailed report of the agencies and users you have referred, go to Affiliate Portal > Referrals. This section provides a list of recent sign-ups and a breakdown of their status, such as trial, active customer, or cancelled.
You can enable email notifications to be alerted when new referrals sign up or when their status changes.
Managing Payouts
Payment processing for the affiliate program is handled through a third-party platform. To receive your commission payouts, you must set up your account information there.
- Go to Affiliate Portal > Payment Details.
- Follow the prompts to enter your payment and tax information.
Payout details are visible to all Agency Admins. If you wish to restrict this visibility for other users on your account, you can change their role to a standard Agency User via Agency Settings > Agency Team Management.
