How to Manage Assignments in the CRM Mobile App

Using Assignments on Your Mobile Device

You can now access and complete assignments directly from your mobile device, allowing you to manage your tasks from anywhere. This feature is available through the mobile browser or the CRM's Progressive Web App (PWA).

Accessing Assignments

Open the CRM on your mobile device. Navigate to the section where your assigned courses or learning materials are located. You will find your active assignments listed there.

Viewing and Submitting Work

Tap on an assignment to open it. The interface is optimized for mobile, clearly separating the assignment instructions from the area where you submit your answers or upload files. You can review previous submissions and any feedback from your instructor within the same view.

Navigating Between Assignments

Use the Previous and Next buttons to move seamlessly between different assignment posts or submissions.

This mobile functionality ensures you are no longer tied to a desktop to participate in your training and development activities within the CRM.
