Connecting and Using Square with Your CRM
Connecting Square to Your CRM
You can connect your Square account to process payments directly within your CRM. This integration allows you to accept one-time payments and manage subscriptions for various features.
Before You Begin
To connect Square, you'll need access to your Square account and its API credentials. This integration is currently available for business accounts processing their own payments, but is not available for SaaS or re-billing scenarios.

To connect your Square account:
- Navigate to Payments > Integrations in your CRM.
- Locate the Square payment processor and click Connect.
- You'll be prompted to enter your Square API credentials to authenticate the connection.
- Once authenticated, your CRM will display all physical locations associated with your Square account.
- Select which Square location you want to associate with your CRM sub-account.
Using Square Test Mode
To connect Square in sandbox/test mode for testing purposes:
- Log into your Square account at Square's website.
- Access your Square sandbox account from your Square dashboard and remain signed in as a sandbox user.
- Return to your CRM and click the Connect button for Square Test Mode.
- The system will automatically detect your signed-in sandbox account and establish the connection.
