Enabling Apple Pay and Google Pay in Order Forms

About Apple Pay and Google Pay

Your CRM supports Apple Pay and Google Pay as payment options in order forms, providing customers with a fast, secure, and convenient checkout experience. These digital wallet options can help increase conversion rates by streamlining the payment process.

Enabling Apple Pay and Google Pay

To offer Apple Pay and Google Pay to your customers:

  1. Navigate to PaymentsIntegrations in your CRM.
  2. Ensure you have connected your Stripe account.
  3. Locate and toggle on the option to enable both Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Once enabled, these payment methods will appear alongside credit card options on your order forms for eligible customers. Both one-time and recurring payments are supported through these methods.

Customer Experience

Customers will see Apple Pay or Google Pay options based on:

  • Their geographic location (supported countries)
  • Their web browser (Chrome Desktop, Chrome Android, macOS Safari, iOS Safari, or Microsoft Edge for Windows)
  • Whether they have a payment method associated with their Apple or Google account

If these conditions aren't met, customers will only see the standard credit card option. Note that this feature only works with Version 2 Funnels.

Troubleshooting Apple Pay

If Apple Pay isn't appearing correctly:

  1. Verify the toggle is enabled in Payments → Integrations while Stripe is connected.
  2. Confirm Apple Pay is available in your country.
  3. Ensure your funnel's domain is registered with Stripe (this should happen automatically when you toggle the option on).
  4. Check that your domain meets Apple's technical requirements for domain association.
  5. Verify the customer is using a compatible browser and device (Safari on iOS 10+ or macOS Sierra+).

Troubleshooting Google Pay

If Google Pay isn't working as expected:

  1. Confirm the toggle is enabled in your integrations settings.
  2. Verify Google Pay is supported in your country.
  3. Ensure the customer is using Google Chrome or Safari.
  4. Check that the customer has a valid payment method registered with Google Pay.
