How to Manually Authorize Agency Subscription Payments for 3DS Cards

About 3DS Card Payments for Subscriptions

For security, some credit and debit cards require an extra verification step, often called 3D Secure (3DS). When you use a 3DS card for your agency subscription, the automatic renewal payment cannot complete without your direct authorization. This causes the payment to fail and your account access to be temporarily restricted.

To restore your subscription, you must manually authorize the payment through your bank. This guide walks you through the process.

Steps to Authorize and Reactivate Your Subscription

Step 1: Gain Temporary Access

When you try to log into your locked account, you will see a lockout screen. On this screen, click the Reactivate Account button. This grants you temporary access to your CRM so you can complete the payment authorization. Your full access will be restored only after the payment is successfully processed.

Step 2: Navigate to Billing

Once inside your account temporarily, go to Agency Settings. From there, select Billing, and then click on Payments.

Step 3: Retry the Failed Payment

On the Payments page, locate the Payments History section. Find the most recent failed invoice for your agency subscription. Next to this invoice, click the Retry button.

Step 4: Complete Bank Authorization

Clicking Retry will trigger a pop-up window that redirects to your bank's secure website. This is the 3DS authentication process. Follow the instructions provided by your bank on this screen to verify and authorize the payment. This step is mandatory for the transaction to proceed.

After Authorization

Once you successfully complete the bank's verification, the payment will be processed. Your agency subscription will be reactivated immediately, and full access to your CRM account will be restored.
