Import Products from Stripe into the SaaS Configurator

If your agency uses the legacy version of the CRM's SaaS system, you can streamline your billing setup by importing your existing product catalog directly from Stripe. This feature allows you to bring products into the CRM's SaaS Configurator without manually recreating them, ensuring consistency between your existing Stripe clients and new SaaS subscriptions.

How to Import a Stripe Product

You can import Stripe products one at a time when creating a new SaaS plan. This gives you a chance to review each product before finalizing the import.

1. Navigate to your Agency settings and open the SaaS Configurator.
2. Click the button to add a new plan (typically labeled + Add Your Plan or similar).
3. During the plan creation process, look for and select the option labeled Import from Stripe.
4. A search interface will appear. Use it to find the specific product you wish to import from your connected Stripe account.
5. Review the product details and confirm the import.

Once imported, you can configure the product within the SaaS Configurator. You can set its category, pricing, included features, trial period, and rebilling options. The system will automatically generate a new price ID for use within the CRM, which prevents any conflict with your original Stripe price IDs.

Linking Existing Stripe Subscriptions to Sub-Accounts

After importing your products, you can link your clients' active Stripe subscriptions to their corresponding sub-accounts in the CRM. This maintains service continuity without disrupting their billing.

1. From the Agency view, go to Sub-Accounts and select the specific client you want to manage.
2. Navigate to the SaaS tab for that client.
3. Click Add a SaaS Subscription.
4. Choose Stripe as the payment provider.
5. A modal window will appear requesting payment details. Within it, select the option to Link Existing Customer in Stripe.
6. Select the correct customer profile from your Stripe account that has an active subscription.
7. From the panel on the right, choose the specific subscription to link.
8. Confirm your selection to enable SaaS features for that sub-account, linked to the existing Stripe subscription.
