Setting Up an Authorized Representative for Your Business Profile
About the Authorized Representative
An Authorized Representative is the designated individual who can officially verify and speak on behalf of your business during compliance processes, such as A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration. Providing accurate and current information for a reachable representative helps prevent delays and accelerates approval times.
How to Configure the Authorized Representative
Navigate to your Business Profile settings within the CRM to access the Authorized Representative section. Fill in the following details for the person authorized to represent your business.
Representative Name
Enter the legal first and last name of the representative exactly as it appears on official corporate or HR documentation. Do not use nicknames or aliases.
Provide a valid, actively monitored email address for the representative. This address may receive important verification requests.
Job Position
Specify the representative's official job title or role, which should indicate their authority to represent the company (e.g., Owner, CEO, Marketing Director, Compliance Officer).
Phone Number
Enter a direct, reachable phone number where the representative can be contacted promptly via call or SMS for verification. Remember to include the country code (e.g., +1).
Saving Your Changes
After completing all fields, click the blue Update Information button to save the representative's details. It is critical to update this information immediately if the representative's role changes or they leave the company.
