What You Can Manage

From the CRM dashboard, you have comprehensive control over your site's add-ons. You can:

• View All Items: See a complete list of every plugin and theme installed on your WordPress site.
• Control Status: Quickly activate or deactivate plugins and themes as needed.
• Remove Unused Items: Delete outdated or unnecessary plugins and themes to enhance site security and performance.
• Update Versions: Identify which items have available updates and install the latest versions with a single click.

Note: You cannot install new plugins from this dashboard—only manage existing ones.

How to Manage Plugins and Themes

Step 1: Access WordPress Sites

Log into your CRM account and go to Sites > WordPress.

Step 2: Open the Management Tool

Within your WordPress hosting dashboard, click on the Plugins and Themes tab.

Step 3: Check for Updates

The management list shows two important columns: Current Version (what's installed) and Available Version (the latest release). When an update is available, you'll see an option to update the item immediately.

Step 4: Modify Plugin or Theme Status

To change a specific plugin or theme, click the edit icon (typically three dots or a pencil) next to the item. A menu will appear with options to Activate, Deactivate, or Delete. Select your preferred action and confirm to apply the changes, which will take effect on your live site instantly.
