Frequently Asked Questions

Can I publish one pin to multiple boards?

Yes. When you select multiple boards (up to 25), the system creates a separate published pin for each selected board automatically.

Does each selected board create a separate pin?

Yes. Each board you select results in its own unique published pin, which helps keep tracking and analytics separate.

What if publishing fails for one board?

Publishing is handled independently for each board. A failure on one board will not prevent the pin from publishing to the other selected boards.

Why do I need to select a Pinterest board?

Pinterest requires all pins to be saved to a board. The board you select determines where the pin will appear on Pinterest.

Can I create a new board while making a pin?

Yes. Use the Add board option available in the board selection dropdown during post creation.

Why isn't my Pinterest board appearing?

Ensure you are connected to the correct Pinterest business account with admin access. If you recently created or updated boards in Pinterest, try refreshing or reconnecting the social account in your CRM.

What if my media doesn't meet the requirements?

A pin with non-compliant media may fail to publish. Always verify the file type, size, and video duration before scheduling or posting.
