You can now upload PDF files and post them as photo carousels directly to LinkedIn through the Social Planner. This feature converts each page of your PDF into a separate image, creating an engaging document-style post that showcases your content effectively.

Creating a LinkedIn Carousel Post with a PDF

Follow these steps to create a carousel post using a PDF:

1. Go to Marketing > Social Planner.
2. Connect your LinkedIn account (either a personal profile or business page).
3. Click New Post to open the post composer.
4. Select LinkedIn from the social networks dropdown.
5. Enter your post caption and any other text content.
6. Click the file upload icon (located between the image and video upload icons).
7. Upload one or more PDF files. The system will convert each page into a separate image for the carousel.
8. Optionally, you can rename the PDF or add a watermark before posting.

Important Notes

• LinkedIn allows up to 300 pages and a maximum file size of 100 MB per document.
• When you import a PDF, each page is converted into an individual image.
• If you also select Instagram as a destination, the images will be automatically cropped to fit Instagram's aspect ratio requirements.
• To remove a media file before posting, hover over its preview and click the X that appears.
• If you choose the Post as PDF option, all images will be combined into a single PDF file for posting to LinkedIn.
