Instead of rewriting posts manually, you can ask the AI to adjust tone, length, formatting, or clarity, making revisions faster and more intuitive. This feature is available wherever Content AI is enabled and is ideal for polishing existing drafts, whether they were created by AI or written by hand.

How to Use Edit with Ask AI

Access Social Planner

Navigate to Marketing > Social Planner to create, edit, or manage social posts.

Open a Post

Create a new post using the + New Post button or open an existing draft by selecting Edit from the three-dot menu. Ensure the post has content for the AI to revise.

Open the AI Menu

Click the purple AI button in the content toolbar to open the AI editing menu.

Select Edit with Ask AI

Choose Edit with Ask AI from the menu. This option is ideal for custom instructions, unlike predefined quick actions.

Enter Your Instruction

Tell the AI how you want the content changed. Be specific about tone, length, audience, or format. For example:

• “Make this more professional but still friendly.”
• “Shorten this for a Facebook post.”

Preview and Refine

Review the revised content to ensure it matches your goals. If needed, continue the conversation with follow-up instructions, such as:
