Generating Shipping Labels and Packing Slips for Store Orders
Streamlining Your Order Fulfillment Process
You can now efficiently manage your order fulfillment by generating professional shipping labels and packing slips directly from your CRM. This feature helps you prepare orders for shipment with all the necessary information included.
What Information Appears on Labels and Slips
The generated documents will include:
- Order ID and order date
- Your store name
- Shipping and billing addresses
- Detailed list of products including variant names and quantities
- Product images
- Your store address as the sender
How to Generate Shipping Labels and Packing Slips
Navigate to Payments > Orders, then select any store order to access the printing options.
From the Order Details Page
Click the "Print Shipping Label" button to download a PDF document. This PDF will contain all unfulfilled and fulfilled orders organized on separate pages.
During Order Fulfillment
While fulfilling an order, select the specific items and quantities you're preparing. Clicking "Print Shipping Label" will generate a label specifically for those selected items.
For Partially Fulfilled Orders
For orders that have been partially fulfilled, click the three dots menu next to the order to reveal options for downloading packing slips or shipping labels for that specific order.
Important Notes
- This feature is available exclusively for Ecommerce store orders
- For orders with multiple partial fulfillments, each fulfillment will appear on a separate page when generating shipping labels
- Currently, billing and shipping addresses appear identically on shipping labels
