Client Portal FAQs
What are the benefits of the Client Portal?
The Client Portal consolidates multiple features—such as courses, communities, affiliate programs, and subscription management—into a single, cohesive platform. Your clients use one set of login credentials to access everything.
Will my existing users need new accounts?
No. Users will continue to log in with their existing legacy membership credentials. Their accounts and access will be preserved during the migration.
Are all legacy features available in the Client Portal?
Yes, users retain access to all previous membership and course features. The Client Portal also introduces enhanced experiences, including a notification system, a dedicated mobile app, improved subscription management tools, and more.
Legacy Membership FAQs
What was the legacy membership system?
The legacy membership system was the original method for delivering courses, providing learners with a login to access their materials. The Client Portal expands on this by offering a wider suite of tools for courses, communities, and client management in one place.
Will my existing Progressive Web App (PWA) work with the new Client Portal?
The old membership PWA is not compatible with the new Client Portal. However, a new native mobile app is being developed specifically for the Client Portal. This app will support white-labeling for individual sub-accounts.
