Understanding and Fixing 'null' Displayed with Stripe Products in Your CRM
Why 'null' Appears with Your Stripe Product
When setting up a product in your funnel, you may notice that your Stripe product appears in a dropdown menu with the text "(null)" displayed before its name. For example, you might see "(null) Premium Membership" instead of just "Premium Membership".
This is not an error or a problem with your product setup. The CRM is functioning correctly, and your Stripe product is properly connected. The "(null)" text is a minor display issue that can be easily corrected.
How to Remove the '(null)' Text
You can resolve this display issue directly within the CRM's funnel builder. Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the specific funnel page where the product selection is located.
- Locate the dropdown menu or selection field for choosing a Stripe product.
- Click on the dropdown menu to view the list of available Stripe products.
- Select the product that currently shows "(null)" before its name. Simply choosing it from the list will update the display.
- After selection, the "(null)" text should no longer appear. The product name will be displayed correctly in the funnel.
This action updates how the product is referenced within that specific funnel page, ensuring a clean and professional appearance for your customers.
