How to Save and Use Element Templates in Page Builder

What Are Element Templates?

Element Templates allow you to save any individual element from the page builder—such as buttons, forms, images, or text blocks—along with their styling, and reuse them across any funnel or website in your location. This feature helps maintain design consistency and speeds up your page-building process.

Benefits of Using Element Templates

  • Consistent Branding: Reuse approved design elements to keep all your funnels and websites aligned with your brand identity.
  • Faster Page Creation: Insert pre-designed elements instead of recreating them from scratch, saving time and effort.
  • Centralized Access: All saved templates are stored in a shared library accessible to every user in your location.
  • Style Preservation: Fonts, colors, spacing, and other styling details are retained for consistent appearance.
  • Easy Management: Rename or delete templates as needed to keep your library organized.

How to Save an Element Template

Follow these steps to save an element as a template:

  1. Navigate to Sites from your sub-account dashboard.
  2. Create a new funnel or website, or edit an existing one.
  3. Add or select the element you want to save (e.g., a button, image, or form).
  4. Save the element using one of these methods:
    • Click the Save icon on the element’s outline toolbar.
    • Open the Layers panel, click the (more options) menu, and select Save Element.
  5. In the dialog that appears, give your template a clear, descriptive name (e.g., “Primary CTA Button”).
  6. Click Save. The element and its styling are now stored in your Element Templates library.
