How to Purchase Additional Domain Extensions

You can add extra domain extensions in two scenarios: when buying a new domain or while managing an existing one.

When Purchasing a New Domain

1. Log into your sub-account.
2. Navigate to Settings from the left-hand menu.
3. Select the Domains tab.
4. Click the Purchase / Transfer Domain button.
5. Enter your desired domain name in the search bar and click Buy next to the result you want.
6. In the Confirm Domain Purchase window, you will see a section titled “Protect your brand from competitors — grab these extensions too.”
7. Up to three alternative extensions will be suggested. Click Add for $X.XX for each one you wish to purchase.
8. The modal will update to show the total cost for the primary domain and all selected extensions.
9. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions.
10. Click Pay $X.XX to finalize the purchase.

When Managing an Existing Domain

1. Log into your sub-account and go to Settings.
2. Click on the Domains tab to see your list of domains.
3. Find the domain you want to add extensions to and click Manage.
4. At the top of the management screen, you will see a message prompting you to protect your brand by purchasing suggested extensions.
5. Click Buy Now.
6. In the Confirm Domain Purchase modal, select the extensions you want and click Add for $X.XX for each.
7. Agree to the terms and conditions and click Pay $X.XX to complete the purchase.
