Configuring Leaderboard Triggers and Actions for Community Groups
This guide explains how to set up workflow triggers and actions that respond to community group leaderboard activity. You'll learn how to automatically award gamification points and create workflows that activate when users change levels within a group.
Community Group Member Leaderboard Level Changed (Trigger)
This trigger activates whenever a user's leaderboard level changes within a community group. You can use this to create automated responses when users achieve new milestones.

- Sending congratulatory emails when users reach new levels
- Awarding bonus points for level advancements
- Triggering special recognition workflows for achievement milestones
Configuration Steps:
- Navigate to the Workflow Setup page in your CRM
- Select "User Group Gamification Level Changed" from the trigger options
- Configure filters to specify which groups and levels should activate the trigger
- Set up your desired workflow actions that will execute when the trigger conditions are met
Grant Community Group Leaderboard Points (Action)
This action allows you to award leaderboard points to users based on specific triggers. You can configure both the number of points awarded and the community group to which they apply.
