Key Features of the Promotion

• One-Time Cost: The plan is available for a single payment of $15.
• Duration: The purchased plan is valid for a total of 90 days (3 months) from the date of purchase.
• Monthly Allocation: Each month within the 90-day period includes 10,000 premium workflow executions.
• Offer Period: This promotion is only available for purchase between November 25th at 12:00 AM PST and December 8th at 11:59 PM PST.

What's Included and What's Not

The 10,000 monthly executions cover the use of premium actions, premium triggers, and actions/triggers from the marketplace. It is important to note that AI actions within workflows are not included in this promotional plan and will be billed separately according to your standard account settings.

Usage and Billing Details

• Unused Executions: Any unused executions from a given month will not roll over to the next month. The allocation resets each month for the duration of the plan.
• Overage Charges: If you exceed the 10,000 execution limit in any month, additional executions will be charged at a rate of $0.01 per execution.
• After the Promotion Ends: Once the 90-day promotional period is over, your subscription will automatically revert to the standard Pro Plan pricing, which is $10 per month for 10,000 executions, unless you cancel or change your subscription.
• Refunds: This promotional plan is non-refundable.

Purchasing the Promotion for a Location

To buy this promotional plan for one of your locations, follow these steps:

1. From your CRM dashboard, navigate to the Automations section.
2. Click on Global Workflow Settings.
3. Click the option to Pay and Subscribe. This will initiate the purchase process for the promotional plan, enabling 10,000 executions per month for three months at the promotional rate.

Information for Agencies

Reselling the Plan

As an agency, you can purchase this promotional plan for your client locations. You can manage the resale of these plans from your agency settings page. The default resale price for this promotion is set at $15.

Rebilling Your Clients

If you purchase the plan on behalf of your client, you can then rebill them for the cost. The option to set up rebilling for this promotional purchase is also available within your agency settings.
