How to Restore a Deleted Workflow

What is the Restore Feature?

This feature allows you to recover workflows that have been previously deleted from your CRM. It provides a safety net, ensuring that accidentally removed automations can be brought back into your account.

Steps to Restore a Deleted Workflow

To restore a workflow, navigate to the main workflow list page within your CRM. You will see a tab labeled Deleted. Click on this tab to view a list of all workflows that have been deleted.

For each workflow listed, a Restore button will be available. Click the Restore button next to the workflow you wish to recover. To confirm the action, you will be prompted to type the exact name of the workflow.

User Permissions

Only users with Location Admin or Agency Admin privileges have access to the Deleted tab and the ability to restore workflows. When a workflow is restored, it will not retain its previous folder permissions; instead, it will be placed at the root level of your workflow directory.

  • Any contacts that were in a wait step at the time of deletion will be removed from that specific execution.
  • The workflow's original triggers and actions, along with their configurations, are fully restored.
  • However, any contacts actively progressing through the workflow at the moment of deletion will not be restored to the workflow.
