The Send Email action within a workflow now includes a built-in email template builder. This feature allows you to view, select, and edit your email templates without ever leaving the workflow builder interface.

How to Access and Use the Template Builder

When you add or edit a Send Email action in your workflow, you will see an option to use an email template. Selecting this option will open the integrated template builder directly within the workflow editor.

From here, you can:

• Choose an existing template from your library.
• Make edits to the template's subject line and content.
• Preview the changes before saving the action.
