Understanding Message Statuses
- Total: The complete count of WhatsApp messages triggered by this action within the selected date range.
- Pending: Messages queued in the system but not yet processed for sending.
- Sent: Messages successfully transmitted to WhatsApp's servers (indicated by a single tick in WhatsApp).
- Delivered: Messages that reached the recipient's device (indicated by double ticks). This includes recipients who have disabled read receipts.
- Read: Messages opened or viewed by recipients (indicated by blue ticks).
- Failed: Messages that could not be delivered due to reasons like invalid numbers, blacklisted templates, blocked accounts, or marketing template limits.
Note: Messages sent to recipients with read receipts disabled will appear under Delivered status even if they were read.
