Bulk Enable or Disable AI Studio for Sub-Accounts

As an Agency owner or administrator, you can manage AI Studio access for multiple sub-accounts at once. This allows you to quickly enable or restrict AI Studio features across your agency's accounts without adjusting each one individually.

Steps to Manage AI Studio Access in Bulk

Follow these steps to update AI Studio permissions for your sub-accounts:

1. Go to your Agency dashboard.
2. From the left-hand menu, select AI Suite.
3. Inside AI Suite, choose AI setup.
4. In the table listing your sub-accounts, use the checkboxes to select the accounts you want to modify.
5. Click the Manage AI access button. A settings panel will appear on the right.
6. In the panel, choose one of the following permission options for the selected sub-accounts:
   • No change: Leaves the current AI Studio setting unchanged.
   • Enable for sub-account admins only: Grants access only to administrators within the sub-account.
   • Enable for all sub-account admins and users: Allows every user in the sub-account to use AI Studio.
   • Disable: Removes AI Studio access entirely for the sub-account.
7. Click Apply Changes to save your settings.

Important Notes

After applying these changes, AI Studio will only be available to sub-accounts based on the permissions you set. If you disable it, sub-account users will not see or access AI Studio until you manually enable it again.

This bulk action is reversible—you can always return to AI Setup and adjust permissions as needed.
