What is PayPal Support for Calendars?
PayPal Support for Calendars integrates PayPal as a payment gateway for Service (v2), Round-Robin, Collective, and Personal calendars. Once configured, clients will see PayPal as an option during checkout, allowing them to pay using their PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a card. You can set the price for each calendar and funds are deposited directly into your PayPal account.

- Follows the existing calendar payment rules for currency, partial payments, and coupons.
How to Set Up PayPal for Calendar Bookings
Connect PayPal to Your Sub-Account
- Navigate to Payments and then Integrations.
- Click on PayPal and then select Connect.
- Enter your PayPal Client ID and Secret.
- Click Save.
Enable Payments on a Calendar
- Go to Calendars and then Settings. Open the calendar you want to enable payments for.
- In the Forms & Payments section, toggle Accept Payments to On.
- Select PayPal from the gateway options, or leave it set to Default if PayPal is your only connected gateway.
- Enter the payment Amount and Description, and choose between Live or Test mode.
- Click Save.

A: Yes, but only for the new Service (v2) and other supported calendar types. It is not supported for the legacy Service Menu (v1) or custom in-app recurring appointments.
Q: Where do the payments go?
