Go to Rentals → Global Settings to adjust business hours, communication preferences, and payment methods.
Step 4: Test a Booking
Create a test booking from the Calendar View or Appointments tab to verify your configuration, pricing, and notifications.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do Calendar and Appointments differ?
Use the Calendar View for a visual schedule and overlap detection. Use the Appointments List View for row-based management, payments, and quick actions.
What’s the difference between Listings and Categories?
A listing is a rentable item. A category groups listings and affects how they appear on the booking page.
Do global changes affect existing bookings?
Most settings apply to new bookings. Existing bookings and invoices generally remain unchanged.
Where do I edit pricing if totals look incorrect?
Adjust rules on the listing’s Pricing tab and retest.
How do external calendars affect availability?
Imported events block time; exports share your availability. Use the Refresh option in a listing’s Calendar Sync to update manually.
