Frequently Asked Questions About Affiliate Campaigns

Can an affiliate be part of multiple campaigns?

Yes, an affiliate can be enrolled in several different campaigns simultaneously. The CRM will generate a unique referral link for the affiliate for each campaign they join. For accurate tracking of commissions and referrals, it is important to avoid linking the same product to multiple campaigns.

My Affiliate Campaign won't publish. What can I do?

When you create a new affiliate campaign, it will initially be in a paused state, indicated by a red status. A campaign may fail to go live (indicated by a green status) if certain setup requirements are not met. The most common reasons a campaign remains paused are that a Stripe account has not been connected for payments, or no affiliates have been added to the campaign yet.

Each affiliate receives a unique tracking link for every campaign they participate in. To locate these links:

  1. Navigate to the main Affiliates section.
  2. Click on the name of the affiliate you wish to manage.
  3. On the affiliate's profile page, scroll down to the section labeled Active Referral Links.
  4. This tab will display a list of all the campaigns associated with the affiliate and the specific referral link URL for each one.

By default, affiliate links will use a standard domain provided by the CRM. To use your own custom branded domain for these links, you must first configure it in your account settings.

  1. Go to your account Settings.
  2. Select Business Profile and then navigate to the Branded Domain section.
  3. Add and verify your custom domain here.

Once your branded domain is successfully added, all existing and new affiliate campaign URLs will automatically update to use it.
