Affiliate Program FAQs

This article answers common questions about managing and participating in the CRM's affiliate program.

New affiliates receive their unique referral link through multiple channels. When you add an affiliate to a campaign, you can configure a default email template that automatically sends them their link and other campaign details upon enrollment. You can also use automations with the "Affiliate Enrolled In Campaign" trigger to send personalized emails or SMS messages containing the link. Affiliates can always find their referral link by logging into their dedicated affiliate portal.

Can Sales Be Tracked Using Coupon Codes?

Yes, you can create unique coupon codes for affiliates. When a customer uses an affiliate's coupon code during checkout, the sale is automatically tracked and credited to that affiliate. This is particularly useful in environments where sharing links directly is not possible.

Can I Customize the Referral ID for My Affiliates?

Yes, you can customize an affiliate's referral ID. To do this, open the affiliate's profile, scroll to the "Active Referral Links" section, and click "Customize" next to the relevant campaign. In the "Referral Link" tab that appears, you can modify the ID and save your changes.

Where can affiliates view their performance statistics?

Affiliates can view their performance statistics, including lead counts, customer sign-ups, and cancellations attributed to their links, on the Dashboard screen within their Client Portal.

How can affiliates view their payment information?

Affiliates can access their payment details, such as total amount paid, amount owed, and total revenue generated, on the Commission screen in the Client Portal. This is also where they can add or update their preferred payout method.

Can affiliates view details of the leads and customers who signed up through their links?

Yes, affiliates can see a list of the specific leads and customers who signed up via their referral links on the Leads/Customers screen in the Client Portal.

What happens if an affiliate is part of an inactive campaign?

Affiliates can still view their historical statistics for an inactive campaign, but their referral link will be disabled and cannot be used to generate new traffic or sales until the campaign is reactivated.

Can affiliates see why customers canceled?

The Client Portal shows affiliates the number of customers who have canceled but does not display the specific reasons for cancellation. This information can still help identify broader trends.

How frequently are affiliate stats updated?

Affiliate statistics are updated in real-time, providing the most current data whenever an affiliate checks their Client Portal.

How can affiliates access the Client Portal?

Affiliates gain access by being added to an active campaign by the account owner. Once added, they receive an email invitation to sign up for the portal. If the email isn't received, they should check their spam folder and ensure the campaign is active. After clicking the invitation link and completing sign-up, they can log in using their credentials or a one-time password. Upon login, they land directly on their Affiliate Dashboard.
