How to Import and Load Snapshots
Overview
Snapshots allow you to quickly apply pre-built assets and configurations to new client accounts, saving time on manual setup. This guide covers how to import a snapshot into your agency account and then load it into a specific client (sub-account).
Importing a Snapshot from a Share Link
To import a snapshot using a shared link:
- Log into your CRM in a web browser.
- Open a new browser tab.
- Paste the snapshot share link into the address bar and press Enter.
- Click the Yes! Import Now button to complete the import.
Importing a Snapshot from an Email
If you received a snapshot via email:
- Log into your CRM.
- Open the email and click the Click here link provided.
- Click Yes! Import Now to import the snapshot.
Note: Imported snapshots are stored at the agency level. You can view them under Settings > Account Snapshot > Imported Snapshots tab. They are not automatically available inside a client account.
Loading a Snapshot into a Client Account
To apply an imported snapshot to a specific client (sub-account), you must load it manually.
Step 1: Navigate to the Client Management Page
- From your agency dashboard, go to Sub-Accounts.
- Find the client account you want to update and click the three dots next to the Switch to Sub-account button.
- Select Manage Client from the menu that appears.
Step 2: Load the Snapshot
- On the client management page, click the Actions button.
- Select Load Snapshot from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the desired snapshot from the list of pre-imported options.
- Click Proceed.
- On the next screen, select which assets from the snapshot you want to push to the client account. You can also skip any assets you do not wish to import.
- Click Proceed again.
- A conflict check will be performed. Click the + icon to review any potential conflicts, then click Proceed.
- Type Confirm in the text box and the loading process will begin.
Note: If your snapshot contains webinars, importing them will clone the webinar pages and automatically create the corresponding webinar sessions. All related webinar data will be restored.
