How to Share Templates Between Agencies

Sharing Templates with Another Agency

The CRM's Template Library allows agencies to share templates directly with one another, facilitating collaboration and the exchange of best practices. This guide explains how Agency A can generate a shareable link for a template and how Agency B can import it.

For Agency A: Generating a Shareable Link

Follow these steps to create a link that another agency can use to import your template:

1. Go to the Template Library from the Admin view.
2. Select the template you wish to share.
3. Click the Share option to generate a unique link for that template.
4. Adjust any access settings as necessary to control permissions.
5. Copy the generated link and share it securely with Agency B via email, messaging, or another preferred method.

For Agency B: Importing a Shared Template

To add a template shared by another agency to your library:

1. Receive the shareable link from Agency A.
2. Use the URL directly—the system will prompt you to accept the import.
3. Click Import Template to add it to your Template Library.

Important Notes

Security: Always manage access settings via the Share option to maintain control over who can import your templates. Be cautious when distributing the link.

Permissions: Only users with Agency Admin privileges can generate shareable template links.
