How to View Your Affiliate Customers and Track Commissions

If you have shared your affiliate link and want to see which customers have signed up under you or check your earned commissions, you can do so directly within your CRM's affiliate portal. This guide walks you through locating your referrals and viewing your commission history.

Accessing Your Affiliate Dashboard

First, you need to navigate to your Affiliate Dashboard. This is the central hub for all your referral activity.

  1. Log into your CRM account.
  2. Click on Affiliate Portal from the main navigation.
  3. You will land on your main Affiliate Dashboard.

Finding Your Referred Customers

From your dashboard, you can view all customers who signed up using your link, organized by their current status.

  1. On the Affiliate Dashboard, click on the Referrals section.
  2. You will see several tabs or filters that categorize your referrals:
    • Any: Shows every customer referred by you, regardless of status.
    • Active / Paying: Displays customers who are currently on a paid subscription. You earn recurring commissions from these customers.
    • Signup: Shows users who have completed sign-up and are on a free trial. Their status will typically read "Not A customer yet".
    • Lead (or Subscribed): These are potential customers who started the sign-up process with your link but did not complete it to begin a trial. The terms "Lead" and "Subscribed" are used interchangeably here.
    • Canceled: Lists customers who have canceled their subscriptions. You do not earn commissions while a subscription is canceled.

Important Note: You only earn commissions on customers with active, paid subscriptions. If a customer pauses, cancels, or receives a refund, you will not receive a commission for that billing period.

Checking for Special Program Customers

If you are part of a special affiliate program (like a Supercharged SaaS program), customers who upgrade to specific higher-tier plans may appear in a separate campaign view.

  1. On your Affiliate Dashboard, look for a section related to the special program and click View Campaign.
  2. Within that campaign view, click on Referrals.
  3. The referral tabs here function the same way, allowing you to filter customers by their status (Active, Lead, Canceled, etc.). This is also the place to check if a customer seems to have moved from your main affiliate view after upgrading their plan.

Viewing Your Earned Commissions

To see a history of the commissions you have earned:

  1. From your Affiliate Dashboard, navigate to the Rewards or Reports tab.
  2. This section lists all commissions earned, including the customer email and the amount.
  3. Commissions from customers in special programs (like the Supercharged SaaS program) will be listed within that specific campaign's report. You may need to click View another campaign to see those details.

Frequently Asked Questions

I referred an existing customer to a premium plan. Why don't they show in my referrals?

When you refer an existing CRM user to a premium plan, they become a "split" customer. They will not appear in your main Referrals list because you were not the original affiliate who brought them to the platform. However, you will still see the commission from their premium plan payment listed in your Rewards/Reports tab alongside their email address. To confirm your split affiliate status for a specific customer, please contact support.

Where can I learn more about the different referral statuses?

For a more detailed breakdown of each tab and status in the Referrals section, consult the dedicated help article on understanding your referral dashboard. If you still cannot locate a specific referral after checking all the categories mentioned above, please contact the affiliate support team for further assistance.
