Setting Up a Live Room Event
Follow these steps to create a Community Event with Live Room:
- Navigate to Memberships → Communities → Groups
- Click Login on the desired group
- Open the Events tab
- Click Create Event
- Enter event details: title, description, date, time, duration, and timezone
- Add an event image or banner if desired
- In the Location type field, select Live Room
- Configure visibility and attendance restrictions (course, group, private channel, or membership level where available)
- Click Next
- Choose between free or paid event pricing (add price and currency if paid)
- Click Create Event
- Share the event with members via Community posts, announcements, email, SMS, or other channels
- At the scheduled time, open the event from the Events tab and click Live Room to start the session
