How to Add Templates to the Template Library

Follow these steps to upload your email templates:

  1. Navigate to Email Marketing in your CRM.
  2. Locate the desired email asset in the list view.
  3. Click the three dots next to the asset and select the option to Add to Template Library.
  4. Provide a name for the template and choose a category.
  5. You will be redirected to the Template Library admin view, where you can:
    • Add a cover photo.
    • Add tags, edit the name, and select or change the category.
    • Provide a brief description of the template.
    • Add predefined requirements (e.g., integration instructions).
    • Assign featured tags to make your template stand out.
  6. Once the template is ready, you can:
    • Make it public to allow subaccounts and their clients to use it.
    • Keep it as a draft to only show it in the admin panel for future edits.
