Using Elements in the Email Builder
The Email Builder provides a set of pre-built elements that you can use to design your emails. These elements are building blocks that you can drag and drop to create a custom layout without needing to write any code.

Each element serves a specific function. The following list describes the common elements you can use.
- Text: Used for adding written content like headlines, paragraphs, or calls to action. You can customize the font, color, and alignment.
- Image: Allows you to insert pictures, such as product photos or banners.
- Button: Creates a clickable call-to-action button with customizable text.
- Logo: Inserts your company logo to reinforce branding.
- Divider: Adds a horizontal line to visually separate sections of your email.
- Social: Adds icons that link to your social media profiles.
- Footer: Inserts a section for contact information, unsubscribe links, or legal text.

- Shopping Cart: Displays items a contact has left in their cart from a connected online store.
- RSS Header / RSS Items: Automatically pulls in and displays the latest posts from an RSS feed.

How to Add an Element
Follow these steps to add an element to your email.
- From your CRM dashboard, navigate to Marketing and then select Emails.
- Create a new email or open an existing one to edit.
- In the Email Builder, locate the Elements tab.
- Click and drag the desired element from the tab onto your email canvas.
- Once the element is placed, you can click on it to customize its content and appearance.
