Customizing and Displaying the Review Widget

Before You Begin

Before customizing your review widget, note that you can display both Facebook and Google reviews using this feature. The widget can be embedded on third-party platforms using the provided code. All your gathered reviews will be visible under the Reputation tab within your CRM's Reputation Management section.

Customizing and Embedding the Review Widget

To customize and embed the review widget on your funnels or websites, navigate to Sub-Account settings, select Reputation Management, and locate the widget customization options. Adjust the appearance to match your branding, then copy the embed code provided. Paste this code into the HTML of your desired webpage or funnel builder element to display the widget.

Embedding on Third-Party Platforms

To add the review widget to an external website or platform, go to Sub-Account settings, open Reputation Management, and scroll to find the 'Copy Code' button. Click it to copy the embed code, then paste this code directly into the HTML source of your third-party site where you want the reviews to appear.

Troubleshooting

If clicking the 'Powered By' link in the widget opens a page showing a 'Bad Request' error, this is typically a temporary issue. Ensure your embed code is correctly pasted and hasn’t been altered. If the problem persists, check for any updates or known issues in the Reputation Management section of your CRM's help resources.
