Configuring Affiliate Payout Methods

Managing Affiliate Payout Methods

Administrators and affiliates can set up payment details to receive commissions. The available methods, such as PayPal or Bank Transfer, are controlled by the administrator. This guide explains how to add a payout method from both the admin and affiliate perspectives.

For Administrators: Adding a Payout Method for an Affiliate

As an admin, you can add payout details directly to an affiliate's profile.

• Step 1: Go to the Affiliate's Profile Page
  Navigate to the Affiliate Manager and select the profile of the affiliate you wish to update.
• Step 2: Navigate to the Payout Method Tab
  Within the affiliate profile, find and select the tab labeled Payout Methods.
• Step 3: Add a Payout Method
  Click the button to Add Payout Method.
• Step 4: Choose the Method and Enter Details
  Select either PayPal or Bank Transfer from the available options.
  • For PayPal: Enter the affiliate's valid PayPal email address.
  • For Bank Transfer: Select the country and fill in all required banking details.
• Step 5: Save the Method
  Click Done to save the new payout method. You can add multiple methods and designate one as the primary.

For Affiliates: Adding Your Own Payout Method

Affiliates can manage their payout details through their dedicated portal.

• Step 1: Access the Affiliate Portal
  Log in to your affiliate portal using the unique link provided to you.
• Step 2: Navigate to the Commissions Area
  Inside the portal, go to the section related to commissions and find the Payout Methods tab.
• Step 3: Add a Payout Method
  Click the button to Add Payout Method.
• Step 4: Choose the Method and Enter Details
  Select your preferred payout method from the list enabled by the administrator.
  • For PayPal: Enter your valid PayPal email address.
  • For Bank Transfer: Select your country and provide all necessary bank information.
• Step 5: Save Your Information
  Click Done to save your payout details for future commissions.

Controlling Available Payout Methods (Admin Only)

As an administrator, you decide which payout options your affiliates can use.

1. Go to Affiliate Manager and select Settings.
2. Click on Affiliate Portal Settings, then look for the option to Configure Payout Methods.
3. Check the boxes next to the payout methods (e.g., PayPal, Bank Transfer) you wish to enable for your affiliate program.
4. Save your changes. Affiliates will only see and be able to select from the methods you have enabled here.

Important Note on PayPal: The CRM's integration with PayPal does not currently validate account details. Please ensure that any PayPal email addresses entered, whether by you or your affiliates, are accurate and valid to avoid payment issues.
